DELIVERY

Delivery is available in European Union countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Metropolitan France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.

Due to Brexit, delivery to the UK is suspended.

The wines come from the Château Marrin estate in Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes in France and are stored there until ordered.

Deliveries are made via Chronopost.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the site according to the destination of the order and the quantity of products ordered.

Delivery times vary according to the service selected by the Customer when ordering and are indicated at the time of placing the order.

The order is delivered to the delivery address chosen by the Customer. Any error or modification made by the Customer in a current delivery order, whatever it may be, entails an extension of the scheduled delivery time. Additional costs will be borne by the Customer.

The Customer is required to carefully check his packages upon delivery in order to immediately issue any reservations to the carrier. No complaint can be considered admissible if the Customer has accepted his parcels without reservation upon delivery.

If the Customer's order is returned to us following an absence or because he did not pick up his parcel at a pickup point, the additional return costs will be charged to the Customer.
