IN WHICH COUNTRY CAN I RECEIVE THE WINE ?
Due to customs laws, delivery is available on this website in the European Union countries, except for Finland and Sweden.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE ?
Before shipping, your order has a processing time of 1 to 5 days. It is then taken over by the carrier for delivery.
Delivery times generally vary from 1 to 3 days depending on the destination. In times of high activity for the carrier, these deadlines may be extended by one or two days.
WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER ?
Your shipping and delivery tracking number is sent to you when the package is picked up by the carrier. You will automatically receive it by email.
I MADE A MISTAKE AND/OR I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR THE RECIPIENT'S DETAILS
If your package has not yet been picked up by the carrier, we can change your delivery details.
If your package has already been picked up by the carrier, we can no longer make any changes. However, you can call the carrier Chronopost to ask if the modification is possible.
HOW TO CHOOSE MY PICKUP POINT FOR DELIVERY ?
You can be delivered to your home or to a pick-up point. If you choose this option, you can choose the pick-up point for your order after payment.
I HAVE NOT COLLECTED MY PACKAGE AT THE PICKUP POINT, IT HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO YOU, WHAT CAN I DO ?
If you were unable or forgot to pick up your order, we can send your order back to you. Additional return costs will be charged to you.
CAN I HAVE AN INVOICE?
You will automatically receive an invoice by email after your order.
I PLACE AN ORDER FOR LATVIA OR LITHUANIA
For any order destined for Latvia or Lithuania, do not put LV or LT in front of your postal code, because this format is not taken into account by the application of our carrier. Your order will still be taken into account but will have a longer processing time if we have to make the modification manually. Thank you !
CAN I COLLECT MY WINE DIRECTLY FROM THE VINEYARD ?
You can buy and collect your bottles directly from the vineyard in Saint-Emilion.
